ACADIMIA – European Teacher Training Academy for Creating and Inclusive Learning is a unique educational journey designed to inspire both students and teachers through creativity, discovery, and community. Imagine arriving in a new city—full of unfamiliar faces, exciting opportunities, and a sense of anticipation. This is the spirit of ACADIMIA: stepping into the unknown with curiosity and the courage to grow. In this safe and welcoming space, participants are invited to explore creative teaching methodologies that respond to today’s diverse learning needs.
Rooted in the idea that creativity is not just about artistic expression but about problem-solving, adaptation, and innovation, ACADIMIA focuses on the practical application of creativity in education. Drawing on Howard Gardner’s theory of multiple intelligences, the course emphasizes that every learner has unique cognitive strengths. Verbal, logical, visual, kinesthetic, musical, interpersonal, intrapersonal, and naturalistic intelligences are all acknowledged as valid and powerful channels for learning.
The course bridges the gap between the theoretical concept of creativity and its real-world implementation in the classroom. Through hands-on tools, strategies, and collaborative learning activities, educators are empowered to rethink traditional teaching methods. ACADIMIA promotes inclusive practices that engage every student—especially those who may not thrive in conventional settings.
More than a training program, ACADIMIA is a mindset: one that values exploration, emotional connection, and the personal growth of both teachers and learners. It encourages educators to see themselves not just as transmitters of knowledge but as facilitators of wonder, discovery, and meaningful learning experiences.
Join ACADIMIA and take part in a transformative adventure where creativity leads the way, and inclusive education becomes not just a goal—but a reality.
