A remarkable journey from the turn of the century to today, when it was called d-learning—not digital, but distance learning—as it marked the first attempt at remote education.
Today, the e-learning toolkit offers over 100 active courses across 12 thematic areas. These range from environmental protection to raising awareness about gender-based violence from an early school age (ANTIGONE) and from restoring disaster-affected areas through community-based tourism to an in-depth exploration of the rich tradition of traditional costumes and techniques in the Balkans.
Currently, the e-learning toolkit has 5,000 active users from 25 countries across Europe, Asia, Latin America, and Africa, available in 12 languages, including Lithuanian and Slovenian.
More than 200 major organizations, from the European Commission and Google to the Universities of Granada and Florence, collaborate with Action Synergy through e-learning.
These 100 courses include thousands of videos, interactive presentations, podcasts, webinars, and tools designed to support visually impaired participants in following the courses. From distance learning to AI-powered education, the wonderful journey continues…
